- StoneHardscapes will schedule your delivery upon your Delivery Request.
- StoneHardscapes will make every effort to deliver on the requested date and will advise with an e-mail confirmation of the confirmed delivery date.
- The tractor trailers used for delivery are not equipped to enter sites that are not accessible by properly paved roads
- All deliveries are made to curbside unless otherwise arranged and authorized by customer or customers agent. Any deliveries made past the curbside are at the complete responsibility and risk of customer. Resulting damages, if any, shall be Customers responsibility and Customer shall indemnify StoneHardscapes for the same.
- Additional fee of $25 per half hour will apply if the total wait or unloading time exceeds 45 minutes due to distance forklift has to travel from truck staging site to material placement location or if there are obstructions on site preventing delivery within 45 minutes.
- LTL shipments to residences are always curbside deliveries and will take additional days to deliver due to a delivery appointment needing to be made with carrier for someone to meet delivery on site for signature release.
If you need to change the delivery date or address we will need a 48 hour notice to do so.
